How the 10 Super Early Bird places are given
The places are ranked by the time your payment receipt is submitted on the registration form. Super Early Bird closes on 31 October 2026, or earlier once all 10 places are taken.
The 10 Super Early Bird places are not applicable to student members. Student members register at the ACM Student Member fee.
Pay the Early Bird fee in full
Transfer RM2,700 (RM2,500 plus 8% SST) once registration opens.
Upload your receipt on the registration form
The form records your submission time. That time decides your place in the queue, not the bank transfer time.
ACM verifies payment and membership
The payment must appear in the ACM account and your membership must be active.
The first 10 receive a refund of the difference
RM270 is returned, bringing the fee to RM2,430 inclusive of 8% SST. Everyone else stays on the Early Bird fee.
The Super Early Bird refund is not guaranteed. It applies only to the first 10 eligible members with a verified, complete submission.

Registration opens soonTerms and conditions
1. Scope and definitions
1.1 These terms apply to every registration for the seminar "2 Days Full Spine and Extremity Adjusting with Dr Stratton Poulson" (the Seminar), held on 20 and 21 March 2027 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
1.2 The Seminar is organised by the Association of Chiropractic Malaysia (ACM), in collaboration with Apex Chiropractic. ACM is the Organiser and receives all payments.
1.3 The Participant is the person named on the registration form.
1.4 By submitting the registration form, the Participant accepts these terms.
2. Registration and confirmation
2.1 Registration is made only through the official ACM registration form.
2.2 A registration is complete when the form is submitted with a receipt showing full payment of the applicable fee.
2.3 A seat is confirmed only when ACM has verified that the payment was received in the ACM bank account and has sent a confirmation email to the Participant.
2.4 Seats are limited to 80 pax and are allocated in order of complete registration. If the Seminar is full, ACM will refund in full any payment received after the last seat is taken.
2.5 The Participant is responsible for the accuracy of the details submitted. ACM may reject a registration that is incomplete, unreadable or inaccurate.
3. Fees
3.1 The fees per Participant are those listed under "Seminar fees" on this page.
3.2 The amount payable is the fee inclusive of SST.
3.3 The Super Early Bird fee applies to complete registrations received on or before 31st October 2026. The Early Bird fee applies to complete registrations received on or before 30th November 2026. The Regular fee applies after that date. Registration closes on 12th March 2027.
3.4 The fee covers attendance on both days and seminar notes (if any), meal and refreshments, certificate of attendance. It does not cover travel, accommodation or any other personal expense.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment is made in full by bank transfer to the Persatuan Kiropraktik Malaysia bank account stated on the registration form. Instalments are not accepted.
4.2 The Participant states their full name in the transfer reference and bears any bank charges.
4.3 ACM will issue an official receipt after payment is verified.
5. Super Early Bird
5.1 The Super Early Bird fee is limited to the first 10 eligible Participants whose complete registration is received and fee is paid on or before 31st October 2026. Only active ACM members who are not student members are eligible.
5.2 A member who wishes to be considered pays the Early Bird fee of RM2,700 in full and uploads the receipt on the registration form.
5.3 The order is decided by the time of submission recorded by the registration form. The time of the bank transfer is not used.
5.4 Only a complete submission counts: the receipt shows the full amount, the payment is verified in the ACM account, and membership is active at the time of submission. A Participant who resubmits is ranked by the time of their first complete submission.
5.5 ACM will refund RM270 (8% SST included) to each of the first 10 eligible Participants within 30 working days of announcing the result, to the bank account given on the form.
5.6 The refund is not guaranteed. A Participant who does not rank in the first 10 remains registered at the Early Bird fee and has no right to cancel for that reason.
5.7 The Super Early Bird fee is not transferable. If one of the 10 cancels or transfers their seat, the Super Early Bird fee does not pass to the person who takes over the seat. It passes to the next eligible Participant in the order of submission.
5.8 ACM's decision on the order is final.
6. Membership eligibility
6.1 Member fees apply only to Participants whose ACM membership is active at the time of registration and on the Seminar dates.
6.2 The Student Member fee applies only to Participants whose ACM student membership has been approved before they register. An application that is still pending does not qualify.
6.3 A student who registers without an approved student membership pays the Non-Member fee.
6.4 If ACM finds that a Participant was not eligible for the fee paid, the Participant pays the difference within 7 working days of notice. If it is not paid, ACM may cancel the registration under clause 7.
7. Cancellation by the Participant
7.1 Once a seat is confirmed, the fee is not refundable. This applies to cancellation for any reason, to non-attendance, and to partial attendance.
7.2 A Participant who cannot attend may transfer their seat under clause 8.
7.3 Fees cannot be credited towards another ACM event or towards membership fees.
8. Transfer of a seat
8.1 A confirmed seat may be transferred to another person only with ACM's written approval.
8.2 A seat paid at a member fee may be transferred to another active ACM member. It may be transferred to a non-member only if the difference up to the Non-Member fee is paid before the transfer is approved.
8.3 A seat paid at the Student Member fee may be transferred only to another active ACM student member.
8.4 The request is made in writing to education@chiroacm.org no later than 30 days before the Seminar, with the full name, membership number and contact details of the replacement.
8.5 An administrative fee of RM10 + 8% SST applies to each transfer.
8.6 Any payment between the original Participant and the replacement is a private matter between them. ACM is not a party to it and makes no refund to either person.
8.7 A seat may be transferred once only. The replacement accepts these terms.
9. Changes and cancellation by the Organiser
9.1 ACM may change the venue, the timetable or the content of the Seminar where necessary, and will notify Participants by email.
9.2 If ACM cancels the Seminar, each Participant receives a full refund of the fee paid within 14 working days.
9.3 If ACM postpones the Seminar, the registration carries over to the new dates. A Participant who cannot attend the new dates may request a full refund within 14 working days of the announcement.
9.4 ACM is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs a Participant incurs because of a change, postponement or cancellation.
9.5 ACM is not liable for failure to hold the Seminar caused by events outside its reasonable control, including illness or travel disruption of the speaker, government orders, natural disaster or venue closure. Clauses 9.2 and 9.3 still apply.
10. Participation and conduct
10.1 The Seminar includes hands-on practice of adjusting techniques, in which Participants practise on one another. Participation in practical sessions is voluntary.
10.2 The Participant informs the instructor of any injury or health condition that may make a technique unsafe for them before a practical session begins.
10.3 The Participant takes part at their own risk. To the extent the law allows, ACM, Apex Chiropractic and the speaker are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except where caused by their own negligence.
10.4 The Participant is responsible for applying any technique learned within their own scope of practice, registration and professional insurance.
10.5 ACM may refuse entry to, or remove, a Participant whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive. No refund is given.
10.6 A certificate of attendance is issued only to Participants who attend both days.
11. Recording, materials and personal data
11.1 Participants may not record audio or video of the Seminar without the speaker's permission. Seminar notes are for the Participant's personal use and may not be copied or distributed.
11.2 ACM may take photographs and video at the Seminar and use them in its publications and social media. A Participant who does not wish to appear informs ACM in writing before the Seminar.
11.3 ACM collects personal data on the registration form, including bank details for refunds, only to administer the Seminar and ACM membership, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
12. General
12.1 ACM may amend these terms and will notify registered Participants by email. An amendment does not reduce a refund right that a Participant already holds.
12.2 These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
